A Blood Drive In The Honor Of A Fallen Friend

The Troy Police Department is hosting a blood drive with the American Red Cross in memory of Sergeant James O’Brien on Tuesday at 433 River Street in Troy. The drive will be held from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Hedley Building on the ninth floor in the Collar City Ballroom.
