What happened? The TGI Friday's location at Stuyvesant Plaza has apparently closed its doors for good, according to News 10. Apparently its last day of business was Tuesday 1/2. A public relations firm for the restaurant confirmed the closure and Stuyvesant Plaza has removed Friday's from their website. No reason was given as to why the restaurant shut down.
A number of other Friday's restaurants unexpectedly closed across the country on Tuesday, including several in Massachusetts.
There are two other Friday's locations in Clifton Park and Wilton, those remain open.
