Hi, my name is Ginny!  I love toys very much - squeaky ones, furry ones, bouncy ones... I even like to play with sticks, but my shelter friends tell me it's not so safe.  I am a chocolate lab trapped inside a pit bull body, because fetching is my specialty.  I know how to sit and give my paw, and I have a few other tricks up my furry sleeve if you have one of those yummy treats for me.

The 18th Annual Fireplug Walk for Animals is just around the corner! Join us in Schenectady’s beautiful Central Park on September 11th for a day of fun and fundraising for the APF. Smooch a Pooch, try your luck at the Canine Carnival, learn about area businesses and rescue groups, and much more!  There’s still time to register as an individual or virtual walker, or join a team to win amazing prizes like a flat screen TV. Visit www.animalprotective.org for the details.
